VE Day - 75 Years
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of Victory in Europe the Town Hall will be decorated with the 'Uppingham Poppies'.

Crisis Helpline - Coronavirus
The NHS has been contacting people who have been identified as being extremely vulnerable to coronavirus because they have a serious health condition.

Tod's Piece - Corona Virus Update
Following the Prime Minister's address yesterday and advice from Rutland County Council, Uppingham Town Council have made the decision to close Tod's Piece play areas and the public toilets until further notice.

Grant Funding Approved for Improvements to Children’s Play Area on Tod’s Piece in Uppingham
Children in Uppingham are set to get an improved play area thanks to a £50,000 grant from FCC Communities Foundation.
The money will be used to create a new play area with improved all-weather floor surfacing and new play equipment.

Annual Lent Fair 2020
The Uppingham Annual Lent Fair is due to take place this year from 8th March 2020 until 15th March 2020. The event, managed by Holland Amusements, occupies the Market Place and there will be no Friday market on Friday 13th March 2020. A road closure of the Market Place will be in effect.
