Plans have been announced for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in Uppingham, which will take place in June.

Rutland Memorial Hospital - Contact Number Change
The telephone number for Rutland Memorial Hospital has been changed. It is now 01572 772000.
The previous number, 01572 722552 will be shut down shortly.

Lateral Flow Test
There is now an extensive network of locations across Rutland where you can collect a Covid-19 self-test (Lateral Flow) kit. These are for people who have no Covid symptoms, but want to check that they are Covid-free before attending a workplace, appointment or social event.
Covid-19 self-test kits are free of charge and can be collected from the foyer in Uppingham Town Hall or from the Library in Uppingham.... Read More »

Lateral Flow Kits for the Community
Rutland County Council's mobile testing van is on hand to help you, your friends and family stay healthy while we are all getting back to the things we have missed.
Visit the van to collect home test kits or to find the answers to any questions you might have about testing. The van will alternate between sites at Rutland Water each Wednesday from 9am to 3pm in September.

Rutland County Council is developing a bus services improvement plan in collaboration with the county's bus operators and is asking for input from people across the county.
