Art History lectures are back this week!

Come join us on Wednesday afternoons from 2-3.30pm, upstairs in the Town Hall for the following lectures given by Dr. Ray Sutton:

28 July - The Norwich School and Rural Poor in early 19th C. English Art

4 August - Work and Struggle: The Painter as Witness

11 August - After the Crash: American Painting in the 1930's

18 August - John Brett: A Pre-Raphaelite in Cornwall

25 August - The Artists of the Bloomsbury Group

1 September - Edward Munch and the birth of Modernism

8 September - The Feminist Vision of Frida Kahlo and Georgia O'Keeffe

Admission: £4 per lecture.

The room will be ventilated and socially spaced - please wear a mask on arrival.
