Christmas to New Year

Christmas to New Year

The Town Hall will be closed from 4pm 21st December and re-opens on 2nd January 2019. There are some bookings during this period and arrangements have been made for access with hirers.

The Tod's Piece WCs will close on Saturday 22nd December and re-open on 2nd January 2019.

Winter Weather Preparations

Winter Weather Preparations

Uppingham Town Council is now receiving daily updates from Rutland County Council about winter weather conditions and how likely they are to affect transport in and around the town.

We are also pleased to report that all grit bins in the town have been stocked up for use in the event of snow and ice. If you notice that your bin has not been refilled, please contact the Town Clerk on 01572 822681.

Road Closure in Belton

Due to roadworks along Littleworth Lane there will be no access to the village for the Centrebus Services 47 and 747. Rutland County Council will provide a FREE shuttle bus service to provide access to Uppingham and Bus Services.
