Laying out, and supplying print-ready artwork for, 20pp Neighbourhood Plan booklet. (All content will be provided by others.)

Attached is a detailed plan of the site that will be developed soon on Leicester Road. Please note although a roundabout is shown on the drawing a decision has not yet been reached whether this will be part of the overall major scheme with development on the opposite side of Leicester Road.

Bloor Homes have advised us that groundworks will commence from 6th November 2017 with further information on the attached document.
Bloors will also make available a construction management plan which will be published or available for inspection at Uppingham Town Hall.

Deputy Mayor Alec Crombie commented on the news from Rutland County Council: "Following the massive majority vote of Uppingham people in favour of a local plan for our Town, the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan has now been adopted by Rutland County Council in full Council on 11 January"

From week commencing 3rd August 2015 Bloor Homes will be undertaking some excavations on the area proposed for development South of Leicester Road - subject to the planning application currently submitted to Rutland County Council.
