Members of the public can now speak at either a planning committee or full council meeting just ahead of the individual application being discussed. Only one speaking slot is allowed for and one slot against per application and for a maximum of 3 minutes duration.
To book a slot to speak about a specific application please email your request to Neil Wedge (Town Clerk) - email@example.com
The times receipt of the email will be used to book the two slots for or against - on a 'first come first served basis'. You will then be notified the date and time of the meeting and will be invited to speak by the chair of the meeting at the allotted moment.
The latest the Town Clerk will receive requests to speak is 2 hours before the start of meeting scheduled. If you have any questions - please call Neil Wedge on 01572 822681.
