Born and raised locally, I have the privilege of serving the local community as a Funeral Director at E. M. Dorman Funeral Directors in Uppingham where I have been employed since leaving School where I gained my A-levels in History, Politics and Theatre Studies.

Aside from my professional career, and in addition to being a Town Councillor, another great passion of mine is Theatre, Culture and the Arts and this has often been my much need "outlet" from my professional life. Having been a member for some years, I currently hold the position of Chairman of the Rutland Musical Theatre society and have also directed some of their most recent productions. I also serve as an elected Board Member of the Stamford Shakespeare Company at the Rutland Open Air Theatre and perform with various other local groups and societies. I am passionate about the town I am proud to call home and the community it nurtures and hope to be able to continue to contribute to this in a positive and meaningful way.
