I am married, have two children and four grandchildren. I am a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in the Building Industry and for forty years have had my own business.

We moved to Uppingham in 2018 but we had got to know the town quite well as our daughter and family moved here in 2006. Prior to moving to Uppingham I served on Isham Parish Council for 15 years and was a trustee for the Isham Playing Fields Association.

I enjoy most sports particularly football, we play indoor and outdoor bowls and enjoy eating out so we are very fortunate to have some outstanding restaurants in Rutland.

I look forward to bringing my experience and expertise to my role on UTC in helping Uppingham to continue being a great place to live.
